A male Singaporean has gone missing in the waters of Changi. He was with a group of windsurfers and was on a paddle board when he went missing off the waters of the National Service Resort & Country Club (NSRCC).

At about 1405hrs on 24 November 2013 (Singapore time), the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) received a report that a male Singaporean went missing whilst on a paddle board. He was with a group of windsurfers in the waters off the National Service Resort & Country Club (NSRCC).

MPA is currently coordinating the search and rescue (SAR) operations, involving two MPA craft, one Police Coast Guard craft, and two small craft from NSRCC.

MPA has issued safety broadcasts to vessels in the vicinity to keep clear of the SAR area and to report any sighting of the missing person.
