Singtel, M1 to offer free mobile data on National Day, Starhub gives 1GB extra for a month

SINGAPORE - Subscribers to local telcos Singtel, Starhub and M1 will be able to enjoy promotions as part of the National Day celebrations.
Singtel postpaid mobile customers will get to enjoy free mobile data on Aug 9, the telco said in a Facebook post on July 8.
Singtel TV customers will be able to access over 140 channels on Singtel TV for free from Aug 5 to 9.
Meanwhile, M1 announced in a press statement on Monday (July 11) that all its customers can also enjoy free local voice calls, SMS/MMS messages and mobile data on Aug 9.
Not to be outdone, StarHub's postpaid mobile customers will receive an additional 1GB of free data for the month of August.
Starhub said in a statement on Tuesday (July 12) that the 1GB of data will be used first, followed by the customers' existing data bundles. This will be reflected in customers' September bills.
Starhub will also offer a week-long free preview of over 100 channels, starting from noon on Aug 5 and ending at noon on Aug 11.
