Squawk! We're open again

SINGAPORE - Known as sun- and blue-crowned conures, these parrots were released at Jurong Bird Park's Waterfall Aviary, which was relaunched yesterday.

The 43-year-old attraction - which once played host to Queen Elizabeth II - is now home to new species of endangered birds, and has a viewing terrace for visitors and private events.

People's Association chief executive director Ang Hak Seng was among the VIPs who did the honours yesterday.
