Taiwan's Tsai Ing-Wen meets ESM Goh

Emeritus Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong having a friendly discussion with Thinking Taiwan Foundation Chairperson and former chair of the Democratic Progressive Party, Dr Tsai Ing-wen, during her private visit to Singapore.

ESM Goh told Dr Tsai that he supported the continuation of dialogue and cooperation between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait as this would be in the interest of the people on both sides and contribute to the preservation of regional peace and stability.
