SINGAPORE - Want a shot at winning $1,000 in cash every day? Or an Xbox 360 250GB Console with Kinect? Or a 16GB iPad mini?
Your year-end bonanza may just come early with The New Paper Bonus Challenge, starting next week.
The Bonus Challenge, which will run from Aug 5 to Sept 8, is similar to our contest earlier this year called Bingo.
But the Challenge comes with a twist: After matching numbers published in TNP to those in a column on the TNP Bonus Challenge Cards, readers will need to answer a simple question to claim the prize.
Unclaimed cash prizes will snowball to the following day, with the possibility of it snowballing to as much as $30,000.
A Singapore Press Holdings Circulation spokesman said: "As part of TNP's 25th anniversary celebrations, we wanted a campaign to thank the readers for their support all these years."
By giving the prizes through a fun game, the TNP hopes to "engage readers about TNP's 25-year history as well as to reach out to new readers through sharing TNP's rich history".
Readers can get their TNP Bonus Challenge Cards every Monday during the contest period. And they should keep these cards for a shot at winning at least $500 daily in a 25-day Bonus Draw.
Just like the cash prize in the TNP Bonus Challenge, the prize money in the Bonus Draw will snowball if unclaimed, leading to a potential windfall of $12,500.
That's not all.
Each TNP Bonus Challenge Card allows readers to buy an issue of TNP for 50 cents for two weeks from Oct 4.
The New Paper costs 70 cents from Monday to Saturday and 80 cents on Sundays.
Check out Tuesday's TNP for more details on how to play.
