SINGAPORE - This June holidays, River Safari will be hosting animal-themed games and activities, with discounts on park admission.
The River Games will be held on weekends from June 6 to 28 at various timings between 9am and 6pm, featuring various activity stations and remote-controlled games.
Young participants can take part in brain-teasers such as saving drowning giant otter babies and helping crocodiles navigate a maze.
They can also test their knowledge on animal facts and join in the twice-daily game shows to win a chance to meet the binturong babies or River Safari's beavers, Justin and Selena. This first-ever behind-the-scenes experience will be conducted with a guide.
Visitors to the park can also win weekly prizes by uploading their best "game face" photo onto Instagram with the hashtag #RiverGames2015.
The photo with the most number of votes gets to win River Safari passes.
NTUC card holders can also enjoy special rates when they visit the park until June 30.
With every purchase of an adult admission ticket, children aged three to 12 years old can enter at $5 instead of the usual price of $18.
Singaporeans, permanent residents and employment pass holders can enjoy half-priced River Safari entry tickets when purchasing Singapore Zoo or Night Safari visit tickets on the same day.
