Update: The police said on Monday evening that the woman will be charged in court on Tuesday.
A woman has been arrested after a man was found dead in a flat at Bukit Panjang early this morning.
Police found the body of a 33-year-old man in a flat at Block 636B Senja Road after it responded to a call for assistance at about 12.58am. The victim had slash and stab wounds, according to reports on news sites.
A 26-year-old woman was arrested, said the police in a statement. Paramedics pronounced the victim dead at 1.19am in the 15th floor unit.
The woman and the victim are believed to be a married couple. The police have classified the case as murder. Investigations are ongoing.
