Woman found dead by the side of a swimming pool in upscale bungalow

Several police officers, including crime scene investigators, were seen canvassing the neighbourhood and collecting evidence at the house located along Victoria Park Road when The Straits Times arrived at the scene earlier.

On 19 March 2014 at about 8.46am, Police received a call requesting for assistance at a residential unit along Victoria Park Road. Upon Police's arrival, the body of a 69-year-old woman was found motionless at the said unit.
She was pronounced dead by paramedics at scene at about 9.07am.
A 23-year-old woman has been arrested by Police in connection to the case.
Police have classified the case as Murder and investigations are ongoing.
Update: The suspect will be charged in State Court No. 26 tomorrow at 9am.
