World Cup: 17 more CCs to screen matches 'live'

SINGAPORE - Since the 'live' screening of the opening match on June 13 at 40 Community Clubs(CCs), more than 250,000 residents have caught the screenings of World Cup matches.

The People's Association (PA), with the support of Singapore Pools and SingTel, will now increase the number of CCs screening matches to a total of 57.

The additional CCs are Changi Simei CC, Clementi CC, Hwi Yoh CC, Jurong Spring CC, Kaki Bukit CC, Kampong Chai Chee CC, Kim Seng CC, Nanyang CC, Pek Kio CC, Queenstown CC, Siglap CC, Taman Jurong CC, Tampines East CC, Tanjong Pagar CC, Toa Payoh East CC, Ulu Pandan CC and Yew Tee CC.
