SINGAPORE - The work of Lithuanian artist Ernest Zacharevic, best known for his murals in Penang and Johor, has been spotted on the walls of a private property in Singapore, reported Sin Chew Daily.
The Chinese daily reported that the artist had obtained permission from the property owner to express his creativity related to the theme of children.
He was quoted as saying that it was an interesting experience to showcase his masterpieces in the island republic, adding that Singaporeans had expressed interest in his art.
"When I took out my tools, many people asked me what I was doing," he said.
Zacharevic made the news recently when his graffiti - depicting a knife-wielding man waiting behind a corner for a female victim - was removed by the Johor Baru City Council.
