StarHub: SingTel yet to submit EPL cross-carriage orders

Starhub's head of home solutions Ms Lin Shu Fen said that the telco has yet to receive any orders for EPL from SingTel. All customers who want to watch the EPL via StarHub's platform must order from and make payments to SingTel, which will then submit the orders to StarHub. "To date, we have not received any cross-carriage provisioning order from our competitor even though they commenced sales on Aug 1 despite reminders and their legal obligations," she said.
