Food For Thought

Crystal Lee, Kuik Shiao Yin and Chef David Heng are from Food For Thought, a cafe at North Bridge Road which has won over many young Singaporeans.

Its owners are four teachers who had no F&B experience prior to opening the very successful restaurant. The cafe is one out of four enterprises they run under The Thought Collective.

They believe that one can make a living while helping others -- Part of the cafe's profits are put into development projects around the world but it functions like every normal business and is not a charity organisation.

The restaurant now also has a self-service branch at the Singapore Botanic Gardens.
