Storm Troopers join 120,000 zombies, ghouls at Japan Halloween parade

The famous, the scary and the creepy were all on display at the annual Kawasaki Halloween parade in Japan.

The parade is one of the biggest Halloween celebrations in Japan every year.

This year, parade-goers came dressed as ghouls, zombies or well-known pop culture characters like Jack Sparrow or Super Mario.

According to Reuters, this year's parade also had a special Star Wars march, with more than 100 participants dressed up as characters from the blockbuster series, including Yoda and Princess Leia.

They were accompanied by a Storm Trooper marching band, playing some of the series' most famous songs.

Japan news blog RocketNews24 reported that this year's Kawasaki Halloween Parade was the biggest yet, with attendance topping 120,000 people.

As Halloween approaches, more parades are also expected to be held around Tokyo.
