Sunday brunch delight at Fairmont Jakarta

Spectrum, the all-day-dining restaurant at Fairmont Jakarta, has introduced a Sunday brunch, offering an extended sumptuous buffet spread served on its 'Culinary Theater' buffet stations, complemented by an exciting mojito selection.

Situated on the hotel's second floor, the restaurant features a spacious dining room that can seat up to 218 people with natural light streaming through its large floor-to-ceiling windows directly overlooking Senayan's thoroughfare.

The interior reflects Fairmont's trademark colour tones with soft pastel-coloured furniture and a touch of gold adorning the room.

Enjoyable every Sunday from 12 noon to 3 p.m. starting at Rp 595,000 (S$12,000) per person, the Sunday brunch buffet package offers a more exciting addition to its regular buffet selections, including a seafood ice bar and a foie gras station.

In total, Spectrum features eight lively kitchens serving dishes from all around the world, with a home-made bread station, a roast and carving station, a lamian station and the Indian and Japanese stations.

A mojito scandal bar is also an addition to the dessert station for the Sunday brunch, serving a variety of alcohol and non-alcohol mojitos such as mango sorbet, raspberry sorbet, pomegranate, lychee, kiwi and passion fruit.
