Tasty tour of Italy
Oscar's at Conrad Centennial Singapore's A Taste of Italy promotion (from April 27 to May 16) will be a delicious tour of the country.
Executive chef Michele Mingozzi - from Ferrara in northern Italy - will cook food from all regions. Highlights include the fritto misto, truffle tagliatelle, tender boiled ox tongue and balsamic ice cream.
Lunch is from $59 and dinner from $69.
