SINGAPORE - Xiaomi's new Redmi phone is currently out of stock on its website (http://www.xiaomi.com/sg), but don't fret - it will be available at the upcoming IT Show next weekend.
The handset will be available free with a 2-year subscription to SingTel's Lite, Value, Plus and Prestige mobile plans and $68 with the SuperLite plan.
If you prefer to get the Redmi without contract, it is priced at $169.

StarHub announced that it will offer the Xiaomi Redmi at all its stores from Feb 27. The phone will be free for customers who sign up for any of StarHub's postpaid mobile plans.
It otherwise retails at $169.
