One of Singapore's finest Cantonese restaurants, Man Fu Yuan, is located within the Peranakan and colonial inspired InterContinental Singapore. Forget about your usual yushengs! At Wah Lok in Carlton Hotel Singapore, Yu Sheng is made to the style of Soon Tak - a district in the City of Foshan of China's Guangdong Province.
