1. Forest Adventure

7. Animals Galore
Living here in Singapore, we might be quite accustomed to the occasional monkeys and squirrels at MacRitchie Reservoir, but what about otters, crocodiles and monitor lizards?
Yes, you can find them quite easily in some of our nature parks, although you need to keep your eyes peeled for them.
Some of the best places for sightings include Sungei Buloh Nature Park (my friend spotted a crocodile!), Bishan Park is a good place to spot otters and look for monkeys at the Bukit Timah Reserve.
If you want to be sure to catch some animals, there's always the Singapore Zoo, Night Safari and Jurong Bird Park.
8. Experience The Farm Life

You might be surprised that on our little island with world-class infrastructure, there lies little pockets of farmlands in the rural areas. From fish, frog to vegetable farms, you might be surprised by how rustic these areas are.
