Reese Witherspoon checks out Gardens by the Bay and tackles chilli crab

SINGAPORE - US actress Reese Witherspoon has declared her love for Singapore after a whirlwind visit last week.
The 39-year-old Legally Blonde star was in town to attend famed jewellery brand Tiffany & Co's gala dinner on Oct 15 to launch its new Masterpieces collection .
And judging from posts on her Facebook page, she also had a ball of a time.
Besides sneaking in a visit to Gardens by the Bay, she also posted a smiling photo of herself tucking into chilli crab with the caption "Love you #Singapore! Just like this chilli crab!! Till next time!!!"
Witherspoon, who is a fan of Tiffany, added her star power to the posh event at the Capitol Theatre, where those present were given a preview of the collection.
She told online luxury portal Lifestyle Asia that she loved how the pieces in the collection were "very classic and simple", but at the same time had a real modern edge to them.
