Trio of tablets from Lenovo

Are you in the market for an Android tablet? Lenovo has launched three devices to cater to different types of user. First of is the A1000 which is targeted at beginners. This 7-inch tablet has a display with a resolution of 1,024 x 600 pixels and a 0.3-megapixel front camera. For better sound it uses Dolby Digital Plus technology.

On the inside it has a 1.2GHz dual-core processor and 1GB RAM, and is powered by Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. It comes with 4GB for storing data and installing apps, and the user can add more memory via the microSD card slot.

The A3000, on the other hand, is more powerful and features a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage space (expandable with microSD slot). It runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.

The A3000 supports dual SIM cards one works with both 3G and 2G bands and the other only supports 2G.

The third device is targeted at users who are looking for a bigger and powerful tablet. The S6000 is the largest of the three tablets as it has a 10-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels.

It has a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1GB RAM and ample internal storage (32GB). It also comes with a microSD card for adding more storage space.

The S6000, which runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, comes with a micro-HDMI port for connecting the tablet to a TV for watching your content on the big screen.

The A1000, A3000 and S6000 retail for RM499 (S$200), RM699 and RM1,099, respectively.
