SINGAPORE - The Supertrees at Gardens by the Bay will be turned into a fashion runway on March 5 for the J Spring Fashion Show 2014.

Hosted by Vietnamese model-entrepreneur Jessica Minh Anh, who has made her name organising fashion events in unusual locations, the by-invite-only show will have models strutting down the 128m-long walkway between the Supertree structures at the Supertree Grove. They will wear clothes from 10 designers, such as Turkish-born Serkan Cura, Ireland-based John Rocha, Lebanese Tony Ward and Indonesian Sebastian Gunawan.

This is the first time that Gardens by the Bay is being used as a venue for a fashion show.

Miss Anh's previous shows were held at other iconic locations, including the Grand Canyon Skywalk, London's Tower Bridge, the Petronas Twin Towers' Skybridge, by the Seine River in Paris and at Costa Atlantica in Dubai.
