Celebrities party at billionaire Martin Lee & Cathy Tsui's double celebrations

Glitz, glamour and a giant ferris wheel - no expense was spared to celebrate former actress Cathy Tsui and billionaire husband Martin Lee's 10th year anniversary and the 100th-day celebrations for their fourth son, Preston, on Saturday night (Jan 16).

The guest list included the power couple's network of tycoons and celebrities such as Joey Young, Emily Lam-Ho and Michelle Reis, and the surprise guest for the night was none other than former Boyzone member Ronan Keating.

Tsui wore two gowns for the evening with the first being a long-sleeved elegant white number which showed off her snow-white skin and a daring cleavage. The second was a more romantic sheer number with an exquisite floral pattern.

According to Jayne Stars, the extravaganza was held at the Four Seasons Hotel and the couple also rented a large tent and a ferris wheel for the circus theme. In the party invite, the pair asked their guests not to bring gifts but to make donations to charity instead.

Dubbed a "Cinderella" by Chinese media, Tsui, 33, is regularly featured in top magazines in Hong Kong. The socialite is most envied for living a life of luxury with her billionaire husband and family of two boys and two girls. The Lees' newest addition, Preston, was born on Oct 2015.

The talented former actress also studied in the prestigious University College London and the London School of Economics.

The former model and her husband, 36, had known each other since they were teenagers before they got married in a lavish ceremony in Sydney, Australia in 2006. Reports online said her husband waited for her to finish her studies before he proposed.

Their matrimonial ceremony was described as the 'wedding of the century' by Jayne Stars. Tsui was pregnant with their first child, daughter Leanna, at the wedding.

During their 10 years of marriage, the couple made headlines for their extravagant parties, loving gestures and luxurious gifts to each other. When their first son, Triston, was born, Lee gave Tsui a HKD$135 million (S$25 million) yacht.

Lee is the vice-chairman and managing director of Henderson Land Development, one of the largest property developers in Hong Kong. He also holds the director role in Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited.

His father is Lee Shau Kee, a billionaire, known to be the second richest man in Hong Kong, after 'Superman' Li Ka Shing.
