Club 21 launches fashion scholarship

Luxury retail company Club 21 is now accepting applications for its Club 21 Scholarship, which is a bond-free merit scholarship for undergraduate or graduate students pursuing careers in the fields of fashion, design or service.

Launched in 2012 to celebrate the company's 40th anniversary, the Club 21 Scholarship is valued at up to $10,000 per year. For more information, go to www.scholarship.club21global.com. Application deadline is March 28.

The inaugural Club 21 scholar, Ms Zhou Jixuan, was chosen last year from a pool of more than 180 candidates. The artist and graphic designer has exhibited in Singapore, Tokyo, London and New York.

She enrolled at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York to study Communications Design last year.
