First Singapore Tom Ford store to open in January 2014

For a long time, the only contact Singaporean shoppers had with sexy cool American designer Tom Ford was through his beauty line available at Tangs Orchard; but now, the wait is almost over. F J Benjamin announced on July 24, 2013, that a Tom Ford store will open at the Marina Bay Sand in January 2014.

The Singapore boutique will be modeled after the brand's Madison Avenue flagship, so expect the designer's signature palette of greys and deep browns with chrome and glass accents - this classy sleek interior will envelop the shopper in exclusivity and refined comfort.

Shoppers won't be short-changed as the complete range of men's and women's ready-to-wear and accessories, eyewear, fragrance, beauty and fine jewellery will be available at the Marina Bay Sands store.

The Private Blend Atelier D'Orient Collection will also be introduced at the Singapore store. The collection is a new quartet of Tom Ford fragrances inspired by the sublime beauty and exquisite luxury of Asia and are the latest innovation from his Private Blend Collection of artisanal scents.

"The Singapore opening is very significant because there is a very sophisticated client who wants the finest accessories and clothing for all aspects of their life, and they want it presented in a modern way that resonates with the new world that is fast emerging in Asia," said Tom Ford.

Now the big question is will Tom Ford himself grace the opening of the Singapore store?
