There were some striking looks off the runway at Singapore Fashion Week.

Stacey Chia and Rebecca Tan Hui Shan check out the dressy show-goers from the event last week

Sheila Sim, 30

Actress and model, at the Exhibit x ALT show, wearing a Hugo Boss suit, Charles & Keith shoes and carrying a clutch from Kate Spade Saturday.

I think the androgynous style is sexy.

Sabrina Tan, 40

Founder of skincare brand Skin Inc, at the Collate The Label show, wearing a top from Khoon Hooi, Saint Laurent skirt and Lanvin shoes.

I was going for an elegant, chic look with a subtle show of skin.

Jireh Ng, 27

Assistant retail and fashion adviser, at the Harpers Bazaar show, wearing a colour-block sweater from Kenzo, pants from Zara and shoes from Jil Sander.

I would usually be wearing a jacket but after three days of dressing up, I just wanted to be in something comfortable

Marcus Tan, 19

Associate partner at property company Link (THM) Holdings, at the Dion Lee show, wearing a Burberry trenchcoat, Kenzo shirt, Calvin Klein pants, Prada tie and Ralph Lauren sandals.

This look is pretty formal, except for the sandals. I guess I wanted to add a playful and unexpected element to the outfit.

Corinne Chua, 24

Private client associate in a bank, at the Dion Lee show, wearing a shirtdress from Korea, shoes from Zara and carrying a Miu Miu clutch.

I was deciding between wearing this or a skirt from Dion Lee, but I decided that this was more comfortable. I just bought this pair of shoes from Zara because the ones I had on broke.

Quanda Ong, 29

Founder of bag label Gnome & Bow, at the Dzojchen and Elohim by Sabrina Goh show, wearing a blazer from Issue, shirt from Sacoor Brothers, custom-tailored pants, tie from J.Crew and carrying a bag from his label.

I'm feeling adventurous today, so I decided to try wearing a bold blazer. I wouldn't normally wear this.

Noah Naima, 30

Senior fashion stylist, at the Collate The Label show, wearing a pinstripe suit from Common Suits, shoes from Giuseppe Zanotti, nose ring from Givenchy and carrying a clutch from Louis Vuitton.

Suits can look quite safe so I decided to take this look up a notch with the Givenchy nose ring and Giuseppe Zanotti shoes which always make an entrance.

Wee Ping, 27

Account manager, at the Collate The Label show, wearing a top from Muji, pants from Dorothy Perkins and necklace from the H&M X Marni collaboration I came from work. You can always tell that those with flat shoes and big, bulky bags are those who came from work.
