Kim Kardashian's baby turns model

New York - North West, the 14-month-old daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, has made her modelling debut by teaming a nappy with Chanel.
The tot will appear in an upcoming issue of magazine CR Fashion Book, dressed in a Chanel sweater accessorised with a Chanel brooch, earrings and a Chanel bag.
The picture, seen on the website of the style-guide from former Vogue Paris editor-in-chief Carine Roitfeld, is captioned, "North West: The Future", and features a quote from Chanel creative director Karl Lagerfeld, "It's never too early to care about fashion!".
CR says baby North is the youngest subject to be photographed for its spread, titled Legends, which celebrates "the unconventional side of fashion icon status".
Proud mother Kardashian was on Thursday quick to post the image on her Instagram page. Roitfeld is said to be friends with the reality TV star and her rapper husband West.
North appeared last April in a spread in Vogue United States, which featured her parents on the cover.
CR Fashion Book's Fall issue comes out on Sept 4.
