Japanese fast fashion giant Uniqlo reinvents the traditional Japanese summer kimono for women and girls.
As it is made of 100 per cent cotton, the comfort and lightness of a traditional yukata are retained, but given a modern update with cheerful prints inspired by the works of artists Yumeji Takehisa and Junichi Nakahara.
Prices range from $69.90 to $79.90.
The collection will be available exclusively at the Uniqlo stores at Ion Orchard and Changi Airport as well as from www.uniqlo.com/sg, starting tomorrow.
