
New online womenswear label Arete Goods has launched with a solid offering of wardrobe staples.
Founded by Ms Geraldine Goh, who previously worked as a buyer for a multi-label luxury retail firm, and Ms Diana Chan, a bespoke shirt maker at Vanda Fine Clothing, Arete (pronounced ahr-i-tey) Goods has a clean aesthetic that makes it worthy of everydaywear.
Leather ballet flats from the brand are manufactured in Alicante, Spain - a region renowned for its traditional shoemakers.
The sleeveless shirtdresses are made of two-ply cotton, ensuring comfort and ease of movement.
Prices start from $95 for a leather cardholder and go up to $215 for leather ballet flats. Available at www.aretegoods.com.
