Ivanka Trump's daughter continues to win hearts with another Chinese song

Donald Trump might have made some enemies in China, but his granddaughter continues to win hearts with her latest viral Chinese song.

Trump's daughter, Ivanka Trump, posted a timely video on Instagram featuring her daughter Arabella Kushner singing a song for Chinese New Year.

The video has been subsequently reposted on Weibo by the state-run Global Times, and has been viewed 18 million times already, less than 24 hours after the Ivanka Trump's original Instagram post.

In the video, Arabella sings a greeting in Mandarin, set to the tune of "Oh My Darling, Clementine."

Her lyrics say: "Happy New Year, happy New Year, happy New Year everyone! We're singing and we're dancing, happy New Year everyone!"

Arabella's last Chinese poem posted on Instagram similarly went viral in China.

Weibo users applauded Arabella's latest video for her "lovely" greeting, but kept chilly toward her grandfather, who has been vocally hostile toward China.

RainMountainEastMustard said: "The granddaughter seems more understanding than Trump himself. Pity she has a really dumb grandfather."

TwelveStarsandSkies: "There's an old saying in China that goes: One sings in a red face (signifying good characters in Chinese opera), another sings in a white face (signifying bad characters in Chinese opera). This is a tactic by Team Trump - don't be confused. He wants to take on China, yet brings his granddaughter to please China and make it seem as though Sino-American relations are great; what a slick move!"

IAmADumbDumb says: "The whole family is more sensible than Trump."

Some wondered if Arabella was forced to stage the song.
