If you had to list the items you'd least like to find in your pot of jam, a condom would most likely be pretty high up there.
On Monday, Troy Hawkins shared the following post on British supermarket Co-op's Facebook page.

Yep, we know what you're thinking, but hang on a minute - according to the Co-Op's response, the white splodge shown in the picture above isn't a condom. Apparently it's just solidified foam.
Here's their reply in full:
"As the jar passed along the production line the movement of the jar rolled and folded the foam layer in a way that resembled a condom."
Bet that's a sentence the Co-op social media manager never thought they'd have to write.
