The South African Paralympic star is believed to be dating a 19-year-old student paramedic.
UK's The Sun reported that Oscar Pistorius, a double amputee, met Miss Leah Skye Malan in the African state of Mozambique last December while she was holidaying with her family.
She is believed to be his first girlfriend since he was arrested for the death of his model girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp, 29, on Valentine's Day last year.
In an incident which shocked the world, he allegedly shot her through a locked toilet door at his home in Johannesburg, South Africa, believing she was an intruder.
The televised trial is set to begin tomorrow. It will last at least three weeks.
The Sun reported that Miss Malan has been supporting him in the run-up to the trial.
"They both seem really into each other," an unnamed source told the newspaper.
"She's helped support him through this difficult time and has introduced him to all her family. They have embraced him."
But a Pistorius family spokesman did not answer questions about the relationship, South African newspaper Beeld reported.
The pair have been on a number of dates, and Pistorius is believed to have disguised himself when going out with her.
The Sun quoted an onlooker as saying that he was not hard to spot.
The report also said she invited him to her family's farmhouse near Potchefstroom, about two hours from Johannesburg, where she studies.
Miss Malan's father is believed to be a property mogul, and reports said that he may attend the trial.
The revelations come as dramatic footage of Pistorius firing guns at a range emerged on Friday, AFP reported.
The Sky News broadcast shows him using a shotgun and a handgun that he shoots at a watermelon target, which explodes on impact and draws delighted yells and laughter.
The channel said the images, which show him with several other people at the range, were filmed months before Miss Steenkamp was killed. Photographs depicted the athlete shooting the same 9mm pistol which was allegedly used to gun down Miss Steenkamp, it said.
On the anniversary of her death, he claimed her death was a "devastating accident".
He posted the letter on his official website. He wrote: "No words can adequately capture my feelings about the devastating accident that has caused such heartache for everyone who truly loved - and continues to love Reeva."
