SINGAPORE - The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the industrial site at Yishun Avenue 9 (Parcel 6) to Soilbuild Group Holdings Ltd.
URA said in a media statement that the company submitted the highest bid in the tender for the site.
The industrial site is zoned for Business 1 development and has a site area of 11,719.9 sq m. It has a maximum gross plot ratio of 2.5. It has a tendered price of $31,688,000
The land parcel was offered for sale on a 30-year lease term. The tender was launched on August 29. It closed on Sept 26.
