The East Coast Park Service Road between Carpark "H" and Bedok Canal next to ECP Expressway will be closed from 6 Oct 2008 to 5 Jan 2009 (Monday 6am to Saturday 5am) for NEWater pipeline extension.

The is part of the NEWater Infrastructure Plan under PUB, the national water agency, to construct a 6km NEWater pipeline between the Changi and Bedok NEWater Factories

During road closure, the public can use the ECP Expressway (City Bound) via Carpark "F3" to reach the Singapore Sailing Federation (National Sailing Centre), Outward Bound Singapore (East Coast Campus) and People's Association Water Venture (East Coast).
