THE Housing Development Board (HDB) on Thursday launched Punggol Arcadia under the Build-To-Order (BTO) System.

Located at the junction of Punggol Place and Punggol Field, the project comprises 120 three-room, 465 four-room, and 165 five-room premium flats. The flats cost between $181,000 for a three-room unit and $416,000 for a five-room one.

Applications for the new flats can be submitted from Nov 13 to 26, after which HDB will assess the subscription rate before inviting applicants for the flats.
