Debtor-turned runner arrested

A 21-YEAR-OLD man was arrested on Wednesday afternoon for suspected involvement in loan shark activities.

Following up on information received, police officers conducted an operation at Ubi Avenue 4 and arrested the suspect at about 2.20pm.

Loan shark-paraphernalia such as ATM cards, bank transaction slips and mobile phones were seized.
