>MOSCOW - NINETEEN people were killed on Monday when the Ukrainian helicopter they were on board crashed in the Black Sea, Russia's Itar-Tass news agency quoted Ukraine's Naftogaz state energy firm as saying.
One person on board the helicopter survived, the agency reported.
It said the crash happened when the aircraft's tail struck part of an offshore platform operated by Naftogaz. - REUTERS
