WITH the increasing number of permanent residents (PRs) in Singapore, can the Ministry of Education (MOE) consider different categories for Singapore citizens and PRs for Primary 1 registration?

As a citizen, I feel we should be given priority to register our children.

I hope MOE will make the change this year. A lot of Singaporean parents will look forward to this change.
