Second bomb attack injures seven in southern Philippines: police

ILIGAN, Philippines - A homemade bomb left inside a parked car exploded in the southern Philippine city of Iligan Tuesday, wounding seven people, including two soldiers, police said.

The bomb exploded barely two hours after Islamic Abu Sayyaf militants attacked a commercial area on Jolo island, also in the south, killing at least two and wounding some 24 others, police said.
