FOUR geomancers in Hong Kong have predicted that artistes with the surname Lau would not live through the Year of the Tiger next year.
Sin Chew Daily reported yesterday that top artistes with that surname were heartthrob Andy Lau and Chinese beauty Carina Lau.
Other artistes who were likely to suffer some form of misfortune were those born under the animal sign of the goat and monkey.
The daily noted that the geomancers had previously predicted correctly the death of Anita Mui, Leslie Cheung and Siao Hei (Ke Shou Liang).
