ST Engineering in China aircraft repair venture

>SINGAPORE - SINGAPORE Technologies Engineering said on Monday it will set up a joint venture aircraft engine maintenance, repair and overhaul facility in Xiamen, China.

ST Engineering will own 80 per cent of the US$78 million (S$113.5 million) joint venture while Xiamen Aviation Industry will hold the remaining 20 per cent, the Singapore firm said in a statement to the stock exchange. -- REUTERS
