A CONCERT featuring inmates and ex-convicts singing with Taiwan star Wakin Chau and Singapore celebrities is proving to be a top draw.

The response to the Yellow Ribbon Concert at Max Pavilion, Singapore Expo, tonight was so overwhelming that organisers had to add more tickets to accommodate demand.

Community Action For The Rehabilitation Of Ex-Offenders (Care) Network had initially booked a 6,000-seat hall. But the free tickets were snapped up in less than three weeks. So it added an extra hall where 3,000 more people can watch a live video feed of the concert.
