Los Angeles - Sharon Stone wanted her adopted eight-year-old son Botoxed in his feet, according to a court document which questions her parenting skills.

The document filed on Monday in the San Francisco County Superior Court reveals why the court rejected the actress' request for Roan to live with her in Los Angeles.

'Mother appears to overreact to many medical issues involving Roan,' says the document, which was prepared by a judge and obtained by celebrity website TMZ.com.
