Deathloop, Psychonauts 2 and It Takes Two lead The Game Awards 2021 nominees

The full list of nominees for The Game Awards 2021 has been released, celebrating the biggest and best videogames of the year.

This year, the show will return as a live in-person event at the Microsoft Theater on Thursday, Dec 9 available to stream across the world.

The event will not only reveal the winners of this year's Game Awards but also feature announcements on upcoming games, musical performances and more.

The 2021 Game Awards nominees are stacked with 107 different games, people, teams and events nominated across award categories.

Deathloop, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, It Takes Two and Psychonauts 2 are leading nominations by a wide margin, but there are plenty of indie titles nominated as well.

The nominees were selected by a global jury of more than 100 publications and influencer outlets. HardwareZone is one of them and represents Singapore (yahoo!), after also being on the voting jury last year.
