Joey Wong, 52, stuns fans with Instagram photos where she looks half her age

Joey Wong seems to have found the fountain of youth.

The former actress, best known for her role as Nie Xiaoqian in 1987's A Chinese Ghost Story, recently resurfaced on Instagram to wish her fans a happy Dragon Boat Festival.

In a post on June 7, she wrote, "Happy Dragon Boat Festival, Amitabha. Share some delicious rice dumplings with your family this Dragon Boat Festival."

Joey's followers immediately went crazy over her youthful looks. With her luscious locks, radiant skin, and casual but chic dungarees, she wouldn't look out of place on a college campus.

One fan even crowned her as the "goddess of Dragon Boat Festival."

While there has been some speculation that Joey has had some work done on her face, she has not publicly commented on the rumours. The Taiwanese star has been leading a low-key life in Vancouver, Canada since her retirement in 2004.

Cosmetic surgery is a personal choice. We definitely shouldn't speculate or judge others whether or not they choose to go under the knife. Wouldn't you want to look as good as Joey when you're 52? I know I would!

While Joey hasn't shared her anti-ageing secrets yet, here are some beauty tips from some other ageless celebrities.

FAN BING BING

Fan Bingbing, 37, is obsessive when it comes to shielding her skin from the sun.

The Chinese actress told CNNGo that she carries an umbrella whenever she is outdoors and never skips out on sunscreen, even if she is just sitting in front of her computer!

Another skincare tip from Bingbing - when it comes to sheet masks, more is more. She uses at least two masks daily - a moisturising one and a whitening one.

LIN CHI-LING

Besides radiant skin, a thick head of hair is also one of the hallmarks of youth. Unfortunately, many of us face dull and thinning hair as we age.

Taiwanese supermodel Lin Chi-ling, 44, has a rigorous hair care routine that she swears by to maintain shiny, healthy hair.

She washes her hair daily and does a weekly deep clean to eradicate chemicals that build up from haircare products.

Chi-ling also avoids dyeing her hair too light in order to reduce damage and wears hats when she's outdoors to protect her hair from UV rays.

ZOE TAY

Caldecott queen Zoe Tay's secret to her youthful looks is maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

The 51-year-old actress is an active practitioner of Bikram yoga. She also keeps herself hydrated by drinking hot water with wolfberries which are chock-full of antioxidants.

Her best tip, however, is simply to have a positive mindset rather than being too focused on remaining young.

She says, "Beauty has never been about age. Us Chinese, we believe in 'yang sheng' (to nurture or nourish life). If we take care of our bodies, we'll radiate positive energy."
