Kenneth Ma breaks fans' hearts with Weibo post after girlfriend's cheating scandal

Several days after his girlfriend Jacqueline Wong was caught cheating with Andy Hui in the backseat of a car, TVB actor Kenneth Ma resurfaced on Weibo.

"Continue…… Working hard……" the 45-year-old wrote in a post on Monday night (April 22).

A selfie accompanying the post showed Kenneth -- who's currently filming the upcoming serial The Exorcist's Meter 2.0 -- looking tired.

The post broke his fans' hearts and they offered words of encouragement in the comments section.

After he learnt of the scandal, Kenneth calmed down fairly quickly and defended Jacqueline, saying that she knew she did wrong, in an interview last week.

He also hoped that the public will not make things hard for her.

The actor added that he wants to focus on his work and will not be making any more comments on the incident.

In the wake of a cheating scandal that rocked Hong Kong's entertainment scene, Andy Hui and Jacqueline Wong both apologised to their other halves, their families and fans.

Sammi Cheng chose to forgive her husband Andy.

It is unclear whether Kenneth and Jacqueline, who were reported to be dating for about three years, are still together.
