Hot Dish: Fa Fa biscuit

Fa Fa biscuit ($1.40) from Yah Weh Delicacy (or Da Shao Yeh, Sunshine Plaza #01-23) is so popular that it is sold out more often than it is available.

It's a kopi-ready mix of savoury and sweet, made with malt sugar, and either yellow bean, lotus or a combination of red and green beans, and best savoured with a cup of kopi.

You'll find them at the upcoming World Food Fair (Singapore Expo Hall 6, Sept 8 to 11), where you'll also get more than 1,000 varieties of food and beverage products. ‍‍‍
