After the success of Adidas and Lego’s popular ZX-8000 shoes, the duo have collaborated once again for the Ultraboost DNA x Lego plates shoes. These kicks come with transparent covers that allow you to customise the Adidas logo with any combination of Lego plates you’d like.

This is what they look like:

The shoes are white and rather plain-looking - likely because it’s up to you to add a splash of colour with those Lego plates.

The images show a mix-and-match combination of blue, yellow, green and red pieces, but you could theoretically stuff in any other pieces you have lying around the house, as long as they fit. Reportedly, the shoes will launch on April 8 for US$160 ($214.20).

According to the product page, these Ultraboost running shoes have a, “responsive,” Boost midsole and Primeknit upper designed to hug your feet. The shoes are made with Primeblue, a high-performance recycled material made partly with Parley Ocean Plastic.

50 per cent of the upper is textile and 75 per cent of the textile is Primeblue yarn. If you're both a sneakerhead and Lego fan, these shoes are practically made for you.
