Keppel completes $4.5b sale of unit to Sembmarine

Singapore's Keppel Corp said on Tuesday (Feb 28) that Sembcorp Marine (Sembmarine) has completed a $4.50 billion buyout of its offshore & marine unit after receiving the necessary shareholder approvals.
