South Korea's ruling party elects pro-Yoon veteran as floor leader

SEOUL — South Korea's ruling party on Thursday (Dec 12) picked Kweon Seong-dong, a veteran politician close to President Yoon Suk-yeol, as its new floor leader.
After elected as floor leader, Kweon said he will prepare for "a presidential election that could possibly be soon held".
