PUTRAJAYA, Malaysia — The leaders of Thailand and Cambodia have agreed to an immediate and unconditional ceasefire to end their border clashes, Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim said on Monday (July 28), following talks in Malaysia between the two Southeast Asian neighbours.
